☁︎ All commissioned artworks are STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM BEING USED FOR NFTs nor is the copyright of the image transferred over to the client; I still retain copyright over all of my art pieces.☁︎ Do not CLAIM, EDIT, or TRACE the commissioned artwork☁︎ Since i have copyright on all of my artworks, I am allowed to post your commissioned piece in my socials as portfolio or for advertisement purposes (unless privacy is stated in the commission request).☁︎ Please refrain from using my artwork with any AI application. Using it in AIs will result to an automatic blacklist.☁︎ First come first serve☁︎ TAT/Turn Around Time : the artwork may take a week or two to finish depending on your slot number.☁︎ I do not take rushes.☁︎ Commissioned artwork is for personal use only ♡☁︎ The client is allowed to repost or use the commissioned artwork on personal accounts or websites, provided that I am properly credited.☁︎ Commissioned artworks are not permitted for use in commercial projects. (eg. advertisements, merch, logos, etc) (will be available soon but there will be additional fee)☁︎ I will rectify any errors on my part during the sketch and render phases at no additional cost, but I won't do so if the mistake is due to unclear references provided by the commissioner.☁︎ I might be inexperienced in certain poses or other elements, as this is my first time so please keep your commission simple!!☁︎ Send half of the amount of payment after I send the sketch. You may also pay full.☁︎ Please understand that there may be a delay in completing your commission due to personal reasons or other commitments, and remember that creating art takes time. Your patience is greatly appreciated.☁︎ You will have 3 free revisions. Extra revision fee is $5 / ₱60☁︎ Revisions are accepted at the sketch only so please know what you want before I begin!!☁︎ I have the right to decline a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable.☁︎ I will update you on the commissioned work from time to time.☁︎ Kindly provide references with clear and concise descriptions, and avoid using complex vocabulary.☁︎ Ghosting for a week or two or Joy reserving for a month will result to an automatic blacklist. Do not hesitate to inform me immediately if you decide to cancel or alter your commission request.☁︎ I will draw the commissioned work based on my artstyle.☁︎ Speedpaints are not available at the moment. The app I use does not have a speedpaint feature and the device I use is not mine so I can't download any recording apps.
